Kumawood actress and Principal of 3f3 Training Center in Kumasi- Kronum Kwapra, Mrs. Martha Joyce Arthur, used her school’s recent graduation ceremony as a platform to urge Ghanaian youth to actively pursue career development and shun complacency.

In an interview with the media during the event, Mrs. Arthur emphasized the importance of hard work and self-reliance for young people across the country, not just the graduating students.

“We must fight for ourselves so that we wouldn’t suffer in life,” Mrs. Arthur passionately stated, urging the youth to take initiative in building their own futures rather than relying on others. She stressed the need to find employment, learn valuable skills, and strive for personal success to avoid hardship.

The graduation ceremony celebrated the achievements of 18 to 20 students who completed their one-year training at the 33f3 Training Academy, studying various courses including cosmetology and fashion design.

Several graduating students also shared their experiences with this reporter, highlighting the knowledge and skills they gained during their time at the training center. The students, who pursued courses ranging from cosmetology to fashion design, expressed their gratitude for the opportunity and their excitement about embarking on their careers.
